Abstract submission by new participants will remain open for Poster contributions until the beginning of the symposium. These Abstracts will not be included in the printed version of the symposium Program and Book of Abstracts. However, an electronic version will be updated after the symposium and will be posted in this website.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed (info@diazoma.net) to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges. All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation on or before March 12th, 2023: full reimbursement of the registration fee, except for a € 50 administration fee
Cancellation between March 12th and April 14th, 2023: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, except for a € 50 administration fee
Cancellation after April 14th, 2023: no reimbursement.
