The FINAL Submission deadline for ORAL contributions was until 15 January 2023
FINAL Submission deadline for POSTER contributions is 31 March 2023

Decisions on Oral presentations 1 February, 2023
Tentative Program announcement 1 February, 2023
Final Program announcement 1 March 2023
 
Authors assigned an oral presentation should have register and paid by 28 February 2023, in order to ensure their slot.  Otherwise, they will be assigned a Poster presentation. 

Early Bird registration 1 November 2022 - 28 February 2023
Late registration after 1 March 2023!

Registration Fees
  

​Normal registration fee (early bird): 350 € (by 28 February, 2023)
Normal registration fee (late): 425 €
 
Student registration fee (early bird): 250 € (by 28 February, 2023)
Student registration fee (late): 325 €
 
Accompanying member registration: 150 €

The Normal and Student Registration Fees include the participation for all sessions of the Conference, the conference kit, coffee breaks and lunches for the period from 15th until the 19th of May, according to the Scientific Program of the Conference, as well as the Welcome Reception.
The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes the Welcome Reception and lunches for the period from 15th until the 19th of May.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed ([email protected]) to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges. All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation on or before March 12th, 2023: full reimbursement of the registration fee, except for a € 50 administration fee
Cancellation between March 12th and April 14th, 2023: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, except for a € 50 administration fee
Cancellation after April 14th, 2023: no reimbursement.
