CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed ([email protected]) to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges.
May is high touristic season and all reservations need to be paid in advance. All refunds for accommodation will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. No cancellation fee is applicable towards car rental.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by 12/03/2023 to receive a refund -- less a 50.00 euros handling charge. Refunds are not available for banquet tickets. We regret that we cannot process refunds for cancellations after 12/03/2023. Refunds will be processed 4-8 weeks after the conference.
The conference organizing agency is Diazoma Conferences & Events (www.diazoma.net ) and its staff will assist you with registrations, abstract submission, accommodation, transfers and social events.
